HP USB Recovery Flash Disk Utility is a compact tool that aims to help you restore your laptop to the original state. As the name suggests, it is designed to be used on HP devices that have the ability to create removable recovery media.

This application is designed to facilitate the recovery process when you need to restore the original settings on your computer. Since this operation removes the files stored in the personal folders it is recommended to backup your files before starting the complete recovery.

Most HP laptops include the ability to store the system details in a recovery partition which allows you to restore the system without additional tools. However, this disk area can be damaged by virus attacks or hardware failures which makes it impossible to use the HP System Recovery.
